Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients from warm and cold lead sources
  • Qualify leads to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Schedule appointments for the Sales team with qualified prospects
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets
  • Log and manage outreach in the CRM (HubSpot)
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to refine scripts, talk tracks, and messaging
  • Stay informed about the company's products and services, as well as industry trends, to effectively communicate with prospects

Job Specifications

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or telemarketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to build rapport and solid relationships with prospects on the phone
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
  • Familiarity with sales processes and techniques
  • Ability to work within multiple time zones across the US
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
