• Design and implement reliability and performance testing strategies
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues related to reliability and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall product performance
• Analyze and report on system performance metrics
• Develop and maintain automated testing tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically in reliability and performance
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools
• Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Desirable:

• Experience with legal tech or SaaS products
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
