Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from concept to end of life
  • Define ATE test, qualification, and manufacturing plans
  • Ensure product release into manufacturing meets stringent tier 1-customer requirements
  • Prepare datasheets and automotive compliance reports
  • Provide real-time customer support for design, product, and quality-related issues
  • Conduct temperature, voltage, and process characterization and set production limits
  • Oversee product new product introduction and yield
  • Manage product BOM release and maintenance
  • Handle excursion management for both suppliers and customers
  • Utilize commercially available yield tools for improvement and monitoring
  • Achieve KPIs in product-related deliverables, including NPI execution, product cost, quality performance, and failure analysis cycle times
  • Optimize PAT, SYL, SBL, SPC limit and disposition to protect quality without excessive waste

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in product engineering
  • Strong background in analog circuits
  • Familiarity with power management IC testing (a plus)
  • Knowledge of ATE tester platforms (eg. Teradyne J750, Advantest 93K)
  • Understanding of analog and mix-signal circuitry, device physics, test methodology, and DFT
  • Experience with common lab test equipment (DC power supply, oscilloscope, multi-meters)
  • Familiarity with JEDEC/AEC qualification standards and stress test conditions
  • Experience with qual hardware/software development (preferred)
  • Proficiency in yield management tools (PDF Exensio, JMP)
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Additional Information

  • BS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • MS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (preferred)
