I was asked this question at our most recent event and thought it would be fun to post it here - what do you all think? Why do most startups fail?

User number 1 - in 5 years this will hopefully mean something

    Most tech startups fail because they focus on building a product without achieving a clear, scalable business model that reliably generates and retains revenue.
