As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Culture Solutions Manager to join our Marketing team and play a critical role in expanding our pipeline.

As our Culture Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for qualifying and nurturing contacts from various inbound marketing channels, as well as through prospecting and cold outreach. You will work closely with the sales team to drive opportunities and support content organization, audience targeting, client stories, and data management. We are seeking a solutions-oriented individual who is passionate about helping others and can effectively articulate our brand's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically develop new business opportunities by designing and optimizing inbound engagement processes
  • Evaluate and prioritize inbound leads using market intelligence and business criteria
  • Design and implement lead nurturing strategies
  • Conduct industry and market analysis to identify high-value target industries
  • Develop and maintain strategic account lists for Account-Based Marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market segmentation and prospect profiling
  • Craft and deliver compelling value propositions to prospective clients
  • Evaluate and qualify potential clients using strategic business criteria
  • Manage the sales transition process and serve as a consultative resource to potential clients
  • Analyze existing account data to identify potential new stakeholders and expansion opportunities
  • Utilize CRM and sales enablement technologies for data-informed prospecting and campaign execution

Education & Experience:

  • BA/BS degree (preferred)
  • 5+ years of business development or field sales experience
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn
