Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build robust ETL/ELT pipelines to connect enterprise source systems to the EnterWorks MDM hub.
  • Implement data transformation logic and configure data quality rules to ensure reliable data synchronization across the organization.
  • Collaborate with the Senior MDM Lead to deliver technical integration components for a Customer MDM solution.
  • Develop error handling, retry logic, and exception management for all integrations.
  • Conduct technical assessments of source system data structures, APIs, and connectivity options.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data flow issues.

Job Specifications:

Essential:

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering or data integration roles.
  • Strong proficiency with ETL/ELT tools (Informatica and Fivetran preferred; Talend, SSIS, or similar acceptable).
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
  • Hands-on experience integrating ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, AS400, Sage, or similar).
  • Experience implementing data quality frameworks and rules.

Desirable:

  • Experience integrating Salesforce and working with Salesforce APIs.
  • Background in manufacturing or distribution environments.
  • Familiarity with AS400/IBM data extraction techniques.
  • Experience with Python or other scripting languages for data processing.
  • Knowledge of data governance and stewardship practices.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • CI/CD experience for deploying and managing data pipelines.
