Key Responsibilities

• Lead the identification of requirements for the Catering and Meals Services system replacement
• Collaborate with Catering, Hospitality, and Inflight business partners to develop systems requirements that promote efficiency and reliability
• Analyze and communicate systems requirements and processes on an ongoing basis
• Author and update internal and external documentation
• Liaise with production, managerial, and executive teams to ensure effective and efficient communication

Qualifications

• Technical degree or related work experience
• Proven experience in process and systems requirements gathering
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to generate process documentation and reports
• Excellent communication skills
