LearnCube, a leading provider of online language training, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their team in DACH. This is a remote position within the CET ± 1 hour time zone, offering a competitive salary of €90,000-€105,000 per year.

As a Senior Account Manager at LearnCube, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and managing the overall retention, renewals, and growth of their accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the DACH-based Account Executive in the final stages of the sales process
  • Participate in discovery and handover calls to ensure a seamless transition from sales to account management
  • Take full responsibility for daily account management after onboarding
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term value realization
  • Lead renewal discussions and commercial negotiations
  • Identify and implement expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Ensure high retention and strong net revenue retention (70% renewals / 30% expansion)
  • Focus on mid-market companies (average account value: €20,000-€50,000)

Job Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in account management or customer success
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong commercial sense and ability to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in mid-sized to large organizations and navigating complex buying structures
  • Previous experience as an entrepreneur or in sales within corporate training or SaaS industries (preferred)
