Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Product Design team, ensuring high-quality design output.
• Foster a creative and supportive team environment that encourages experimentation and professional growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric experiences.
• Own the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research to final UI execution.
• Establish scalable design systems and workflows to increase design velocity and consistency.
• Champion user empathy and usability standards to drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in UX and product design, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Fullstory, and Miro.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
