As the company continues to grow and expand, they are seeking a talented Senior Manager to join their team. If you have a background in consulting, strategy, or a similar field and are looking to own a complex business problem end-to-end, this role could be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive PLG strategy and operating priorities across acquisition, activation, monetization, and high-value customer growth.
• Collaborate with senior PLG leadership to set targets, analyze scenarios, and make strategic tradeoffs.
• Prepare for PLG executive reviews and retrospectives, providing insights and developing executive-ready materials.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to inform roadmap priorities, go-to-market strategy, and execution plans.
• Diagnose performance across acquisition and activation funnels, identifying root causes and opportunities for improvement.
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution by managing dependencies, timelines, and blockers.
• Establish measurement and insight foundations to support leadership decision-making.

Job Specifications:

• Previous experience owning strategy, growth, or operating initiatives with accountability for business outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to design and evaluate experiments and work directly with data.
• Fluency in analytical and communication tools, such as SQL, spreadsheets, and slide development.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a complex, cross-functional environment.
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment is desirable.
