Responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and process incoming supplier invoices
• Organize and upload files into the accounting system
• Monitor bank feeds and follow up on any missing receipts or unmatched items
• Prepare payment batches for review and approval
• Reconcile accounts and highlight discrepancies for resolution
• Act as the operational contact for bank compliance or documentation requests

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in accounts payable, finance operations, or a related field
• Relevant formal education in accounting, finance, or business management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with accounting systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP
• Comfortable working with online banking portals and payment tools
• Exposure to multi-entity or multi-currency operations
