Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities for BPOs.
• Design and implement automation solutions, using a variety of tools and technologies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Drive go-to-market strategies and initiatives to promote our automation platform.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the sales and marketing team.
• Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering, go-to-market, or business operations roles.
• Strong understanding of automation tools and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in the BPO industry is a plus.
