Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Designer at Typeform, you will have a crucial role in driving the company's AI initiative. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing clear and scalable experiences to enable the shift towards an AI-native Typeform platform
• Identifying and iterating on how users discover, activate, and benefit from AI across the full Typeform journey
• Creating UX and visual designs for AI-driven suggestions, copilots, templates, and action flows
• Collaborating with various teams to deliver consistent cross-platform experiences
• Conducting research, workshops, and feedback sessions to validate complex workflows
• Contributing to the development of shared systems and patterns for AI experiences across the product
• Using and contributing to the Echo design system to ensure accessible and production-ready outcomes

Job Specifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Seven or more years of experience in digital product design
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience in working on complex product areas
• Confidence throughout the entire design process, from discovery to execution
• Experience conducting user research and incorporating feedback into design iterations
• Previous experience working on AI-based products and with design systems
• Proven experience designing SaaS products, with a focus on marketer tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English
