They integrate with essential tools like Slack, Zapier, and Hubspot to provide seamless experiences for their customers and receive over 500 million responses every year.

Typeform is expanding beyond basic lead capture and into more advanced sales qualification and research interviews. They are looking for a skilled Product Designer to bring clarity, consistency, and trust to these new experiences. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape full journey experiences for agent-driven products, strengthen edge cases, and align design decisions with technical constraints and roadmaps. Your work will be crucial in helping Sales Agents deliver efficient lead capture and qualification, and Research Agents produce credible and repeatable qualitative insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design clear and trustworthy agent experiences for sales and research use cases
  • Collaborate closely with a Senior Product Designer to align on intent and shared patterns
  • Own execution from specifications to prototyping and design reviews
  • Work closely with product managers and engineers to align on scope and feasibility
  • Systemize journeys and interaction patterns as Formless expands into new scenarios
  • Identify and improve edge cases to ensure reliable and predictable experiences
  • Contribute to the Echo design system to create scalable and accessible patterns
  • Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations
  • Present design decisions and rationale clearly to a wide range of stakeholders

Job Specifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital product design
  • Experience working closely with product managers and engineers in cross-functional teams
  • Specialization in zero-to-one product development, not just feature improvements
  • Proficiency across the full design process, from discovery to execution
  • Strong visual and interaction design skills, with a focus on clarity and usability
  • Hands-on experience conducting user research, usability testing, and iterating based on feedback
  • Experience designing AI-based or adaptive products
  • Working knowledge of design systems, including contributing new patterns
  • Proven experience designing SaaS products, ideally for marketer-focused tools
  • A solid portfolio with clear, well-structured case studies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English
