Salary: €27 – €37/hr | Location: Remote in Europe

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth in a technical B2B/B2D environment? MapTiler, a global leader in high-performance mapping technology, is looking for a Growth Manager to lead their performance marketing and international expansion efforts. This is a full-time role, with the option to work remotely in Europe.

MapTiler is a company based in Zug, Switzerland, and their mission is to provide developers and enterprises with the building blocks to create world-class maps. They are currently seeking a Growth Manager to join their team and help scale their reach across the globe. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven expert who understands the unique challenges of growth in a technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and own the roadmap for multi-channel performance campaigns (SEM, Social, Programmatic) with a focus on scaling reach across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
• Take ownership of the user journey, from the first touchpoint to API integration. Optimize landing pages and the sign-up flow to reduce "Time to First Map" for developers.
• Lead a systematic experimentation framework, building a culture of hypothesis-driven growth across the web presence and product onboarding.
• Architect and manage marketing attribution models to track deep-funnel events and ensure marketing spend aligns with high-value enterprise leads and API usage.
• Act as a bridge between Product, Engineering, and Marketing, translating technical product updates into high-performing growth levers and advocating for the "user's voice" in the product roadmap.
• Monitor the competitive landscape (Geospatial/SaaS) to identify new acquisition loops and untapped growth channels.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Growth or Performance Marketing, specifically within B2B SaaS, Cloud, or Developer-focused industries.
• Proven success in managing significant budgets and scaling products across diverse global markets.
• Expert-level command of GA4, SQL, Stape, Meta Capi, and data visualization tools.
• Understanding of APIs, developer thinking, and the basics of SEO and web technology.
• Native or C1+ English proficiency.
• Maturity and ownership, with the ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and take full accountability for results.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) models.
• A background or personal interest in GIS, Cartography, or OpenStreetMap.
• Experience with Agile marketing methodologies.
