Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap for money movement, simplifying complex payment flows and infrastructure challenges into a reliable API and user experience
• Optimize and expand connectivity to traditional banking networks such as ACH, RTP, Wires, and FedNow, ensuring off-ramps are just as fast and reliable as on-ramps
• Treat compliance as a product feature, ensuring adherence to global payment regulations, AML/KYC rules, and risk frameworks without limiting growth
• Build and manage relationships with liquidity providers, exchanges, and payment rails, translating external technical capabilities into internal product advantages
• Apply analytical rigor to decision making, setting ambitious goals, measuring success with data, and ensuring financial precision for Mesh
• Recruit, mentor, and grow a world-class product team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and customer obsession

Requirements:

• 8+ years of product management experience, with expert knowledge of traditional payment rails such as ACH, Wires, RTP, and Cards, and banking integrations
• Deep understanding of the banking system and experience in connecting to it, with knowledge of how money moves in the real world and ability to solve for settlement times and reconciliation
• Strong understanding of digital assets, including wallets, exchanges, and stablecoins, with a desire to build the future of this technology
• Ability to lead architecture discussions on API design, reconciliation, and ledger management
• Proven experience managing teams and influencing stakeholders across Engineering, Legal, Security, and Compliance
