Responsibilities

  • Help build the web product roadmap and strategy for external partners, working closely with account managers, media partners, and analytics team.
  • Manage the digital product roadmap and pipeline, overseeing the creation and launch of new products to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver new products and user flows that enhance user engagement and monetization across our network of websites.
  • Identify high-growth and high-revenue opportunities, execute A/B testing, and optimize performance across the portfolio.
  • Build reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders involved in projects.
  • Communicate results and plan next steps to continuously improve site performance and measure ROI.
  • Interact with cross-functional teams and become a valuable resource for other business managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in product management.
  • Ability to adapt to different projects, including UX, product scalability, and launching new technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
  • Ability to manage projects, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset and a proactive attitude towards exploring new opportunities.
  • A/B testing and conversion rate optimization experience preferred.
