Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Support Representatives for the German market
• Monitor email and voice queues in real-time to ensure service-level targets are met
• Conduct quality audits and provide feedback to agents based on performance
• Collaborate with Operations and Training to improve processes and implement service standards
• Provide hands-on customer support for German customers through various channels (~50% of the time)

Job Specifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a contact center or customer support environment
• Fluent German language skills at C1-C2 level or native proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with KPIs, quality monitoring, and performance management
• Strong computer skills and data-driven mindset
