We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Engineer with expertise in GTM + GA4 to join our remote team. In this role, you will take charge of our tracking setup on a custom-built platform, ensuring precision, clarity, and clean data. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct an in-depth audit of our current tracking setup and identify any gaps across the full funnel
• Configure end-to-end tracking from landing page to key conversions
• Set up and validate two core conversion events for purchases
• Implement everything through Google Tag Manager (client-side only)
• Ensure secure capture and passing of user data for Enhanced Conversions
• Maintain clean data flow between GTM, GA4, and Google Ads
• Perform quality assurance to ensure accurate data tracking

Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing GTM + GA4 on custom-built websites
• Strong understanding of the dataLayer and event architecture
• Hands-on experience with Enhanced Conversions
• Experience in debugging and validating tracking across tools
• Ability to work independently and effectively communicate any issues and solutions to the team

Nice to Have

• Experience working with marketplaces or two-sided platforms
• Familiarity with subscription funnels and payment tracking
• Experience improving attribution accuracy for paid ads
