AHU Technologies: Technical Project Manager - Atlanta, GA

Salary: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Location: Remote

Experienced Project Managers needed for medium to large sized enterprise projects of moderate to high complexity and risk in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. This is a remote position with AHU Technologies INC., an IT consulting and permanent staffing firm based in Washington, DC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate project activities, including planning, schedule development and maintenance, resource tracking, risk management, communications management, reporting, quality management, and vendor management
• Manage all aspects of the project following PMI best practices and the Client Project Management Methodology
• Successfully manage complex technology projects with aggressive timelines from start to finish
• Collaborate with vendor partners in the delivery of project solutions
• Utilize a variety of delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM, and Kanban

Job Specifications:

Essential:

• Project Management Certification (PMP)
• Demonstrated success managing large complex programs/projects
• Experience in business requirements gathering and process documentation
• Knowledge of full Systems Development Life Cycle and Testing Methodologies
• Managed at least two full lifecycle agile software development projects with project teams of 10 or more members
• Experience with IT projects that impact across the enterprise
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Expert level knowledge of standard PM tools (MS Project Professional, SharePoint, Visio, MS Office Suite)

Desirable:

• CSM (Scrum Alliance) certification and/or PMI-ACP certification
• Experience with vendor management and COTS product implementation
• Knowledge of Project Server/Project Online
