Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, develop, and test training materials in support of ongoing improvement and new releases
• Provide hands-on support to front-line workers and their supervisors
• Deliver quality training with measurable outcomes
• Conduct post-training assessments and assist in identifying training and support needs
• Mentor other trainers in best practices for adult learning

Job Specifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in training and adult learning
• Adaptable, analytical, and goal-oriented
• Familiarity with industry-standard training materials
