This is a full-time, remote position based in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a small team of accounting professionals
• Prepare financial statements for client entities
• Ensure accurate and organized accounting records and documentation
• Prepare and review periodic financial statements and reports for clients
• Coordinate with external tax advisors, auditors, and regulatory professionals
• Ensure compliance with accounting and reporting standards

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in an accounting or finance management role
• Minimum 5 years of combined accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting experience
• Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements
• Strong organizational and team coordination skills
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet modeling and financial systems
• Experience with accounting software (e.g. Xero)

Working Environment & Requirements:

• Availability during Asian afternoon and European business hours
• Ideally located within the GMT+4 to GMT time zone range
• Ability to work in a low-ego, highly collaborative environment
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote working environment
• Fluent written and spoken English
