Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-leverage growth experiments: Utilize data to identify areas for improvement and run A/B tests and on-site experiments to increase efficiency and impact.
  • Execute the website roadmap: Collaborate with the product engineer to bring ideas to life and balance regular updates with new developments.
  • Maintain marketing dashboards and attribution hygiene: Connect top-of-funnel activities to revenue outcomes and use data to drive growth.
  • Systematize what works: Use AI and automation to scale successful growth strategies.
  • Drive marketing pipeline efficiency: Ensure campaign hygiene and lead-routing data are accurate to support the entire team.

Requirements:

  • Execution-first growth specialist: Previous experience with CMS systems and A/B testing.
  • "Workforce of the future" practitioner: Proficient in using modern tools such as GA4 and HubSpot, and eager to use AI-powered approaches.
  • AI and automation expertise: Experience with building automated workflows.
