Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the technical roadmap and ensure that all engineering efforts directly impact business success.
  • Lead and grow a team of engineers, fostering a high ownership, high-speed, low bureaucracy culture.
  • Tackle complex problems such as automated vetting, intelligent matching, and demand-side bottlenecks.
  • Make strategic decisions on what to build, what to skip, and what to kill.
  • Collaborate with the founder and product team to define success before writing any code.

Who You Are:

  • A product-minded, business-first thinker with a strong bias towards simplicity.
  • A first principles thinker who is obsessed with finding the most efficient solutions.
  • Fast and action-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Experience:

  • Proven experience leading engineering teams of 5-30+ people, preferably in a startup or high-growth company.
  • Hands-on experience with modern stacks and familiarity with AI/ML tooling.
  • Experience working in a distributed, async-first team.
