Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a variety of subject matter specific data annotation projects to train AI models
  • Leverage critical thinking and subject matter knowledge to fine-tune AI performance in Contact Center QA
  • Collaborate with a global team to enhance model-based Customer Support
  • Contribute to the development of AI-focused projects and workflows

Requirements:

  • Native speaker of one of the listed languages
  • University degree (preferably Masters, PhD level) in a relevant field such as Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, or IT
  • Proven professional experience in Contact Center QA
  • Strong grasp of Contact Center terminology and industry practices
