As a Monetization Growth Product Manager, you will be responsible for one of the most critical growth levers for ClassDojo - building a consumer revenue engine that aligns with user value. Working closely with design, engineering, data, and marketing teams, you will design and scale monetization experiences that millions of families will choose to pay for and love using. With a high level of autonomy and ownership, you will work directly with co-founders and product leaders to define and execute long-term strategy. This role requires a strategic product thinker with exceptional product intuition, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement monetization experiences that align with user value
  • Work closely with design, engineering, data, and marketing teams

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of growth product management experience
  • Experience shipping high-quality, at-scale consumer products
  • Track record of success in driving revenue growth through creative and user-centric monetization strategies
  • Experience working on complex consumer ecosystems, such as social platforms or marketplaces
  • Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
