Salary: $159,800 - $280,000 (USD) based on location

ClassDojo's mission is to give every child on Earth an education they love. Starting with a powerful network for communication, their flagship app is used by over 95% of US schools, reaching over 45 million children in 180 countries. With a team of around 200 people, ClassDojo is now expanding their network to provide the best learning experiences for children beyond what a standard school can offer. Their team is made up of talented individuals from diverse backgrounds with experience in education and large scale consumer internet companies.

Responsibilities:

• Create and scale new consumer products for ClassDojo's network of tens of millions of children and families
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and test long-term ideas
• Drive growth and deepen brand love for ClassDojo
• Collaborate with co-founders, CTO, Head of Product, and Head of Marketing to develop product strategy
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform product direction
• Act as an instigator, moving quickly in a resource-constrained environment

Job Specifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in product management
• Proven success in achieving product-market fit with new consumer products
• Experience as a founder or similar level of accountability
• Monetization experience, preferably with subscription products or marketplaces
• Strong understanding of product strategy and intuition
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and spoken form
