The Role

As the Revenue Product Lead, you will be responsible for setting and owning the vision for how ClassDojo sustainably grows its consumer business. You will lead the monetization strategy across the product ecosystem, creating experiences that not only drive revenue but also deepen value for millions of families. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role where you will work at both strategic and tactical levels, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver fast and achieve bold goals. You will be a hands-on builder and thoughtful leader, driving clarity in ambiguity and inspiring high standards.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of product management experience, including 3 years leading and growing high-performing product teams
• Proven track record of driving significant revenue impact through consumer monetization products
• Experience in world-class consumer tech environments
• Founder's mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Bonus Skills

• Experience building and scaling consumer subscription businesses
• Background in early-stage startups
• Deep understanding of consumer psychology and behavioral economics
