Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the marketing strategy for ClassDojo's consumer products including Dojo Islands, Dojo Sparks, and ClassDojo Plus
  • Launch and grow new consumer-facing experiences through go-to-market strategies
  • Create clear and compelling messaging to help families understand and utilize ClassDojo's products
  • Own lifecycle and in-product marketing across various platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on high-impact opportunities
  • Conduct growth experiments to optimize messaging and user journeys
  • Build and scale a voice-of-customer program to gather insights and improve product-market fit

Job Specifications:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in product or consumer marketing
  • Strong track record of successfully launching and growing products at scale
  • Experience with full-stack product marketing in lean or high-velocity environments
  • Ability to craft emotionally resonant marketing that drives business outcomes
  • Proven success in growing adoption and engagement through organic channels
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to influence product and marketing strategy
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and autonomous environment
