This is a remote position, and you will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure Jump remains the go-to solution for large organizations.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead product strategy and execution for major enterprise customers, including broker-dealers, financial institutions, and wirehouses
  • Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and customer teams to ensure Jump is enterprise-ready and loved by users
  • Define and deliver features that meet the complex requirements of large institutions while maintaining Jump's speed, simplicity, and elegance
  • Deeply understand the workflows, compliance structures, and integration needs of enterprise firms
  • Partner with sales, implementation, and customer success teams to translate enterprise feedback into clear, prioritized product requirements
  • Manage enterprise integrations (CRM, planning, compliance, data systems) to ensure secure and scalable performance
  • Drive execution from pilot to rollout while balancing speed with enterprise-grade reliability and predictability
  • Help build Jump into a career-making, exceptional place to work

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in product management or adjacent roles
  • Strong understanding of enterprise customers and their operations
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products for enterprise users, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or workflow automation
  • Experience managing integrations and compliance-heavy requirements within enterprise environments
  • Ability to partner closely with go-to-market teams to win and expand large enterprise deals
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate the needs of IT, compliance, and business leadership simultaneously
  • Comfortable discussing APIs and data flows, as well as mapping user workflows across thousands of advisors
  • Familiarity with working in an early-stage tech company and the opportunity to build structure from the ground up
  • Strong relationship management skills and a track record of maintaining positive relationships with past managers
