  • Lead and grow a team of 5+ security engineers, focusing on mentorship and career development
  • Support team members in conducting threat modeling and design reviews efficiently
  • Cultivate strong relationships with product and engineering leadership to ensure security is a priority
  • Champion security initiatives and foster a culture of security within the organization
  • Help prioritize security requirements and protect team members' time

Job Specifications:

  • 2+ years of experience managing a team of security engineers
  • Servant leadership mentality, measuring success by the success of the team
  • Strong technical background in Product Security, Application Security, or Secure Architecture
  • Ability to translate complex security risks into business context and communicate with empathy
