Staff Product Manager, DocSend

Salary: $196,400—$265,700 CAD

As a Staff Product Manager, you will have the chance to partner with a dedicated engineering squad while leading product strategy for the entire DocSend business. With the flexibility to look across the entire business, identify new customer segments, and build the product and go-to-market capabilities to reach them, this role requires a rare blend of product, go-to-market, and operational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Define and evangelize the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for DocSend
• Conduct primary research and analyze data insights to understand the needs of different customer segments
• Own and drive complex, multi-quarter initiatives from defining product specifications to cross-business execution
• Use your knowledge of customers and business goals to identify problems, develop solutions, and estimate the impact of delivering them
• Communicate effectively with leadership, articulating trade-offs and strategic rationale while driving alignment
• Lead cross-functional teams in highly collaborative environments and navigate challenges to deliver on the roadmap

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of shipping high-quality, user-facing products
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Applied Math or Statistics, or relevant experience
• Ability to translate complex user workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences
• Proven success defining and driving multi-quarter product initiatives that deliver business impact
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, connecting product features with business outcomes
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to articulate complexity clearly to both engineers and executives
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and operating effectively amid ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience owning a B2B SaaS product from end-to-end
• Ability to influence without authority and serve as a cultural leader within a high-performing product organization
• Strong data analytics skills to independently query for data, analyze it, and generate insights to inform product direction
