Role

As a Product Designer, you will:

  • Lead the Design Cycle: Take charge of the entire UX/UI design process, from initial research and discovery to creating high-fidelity prototypes and supporting implementation.
  • Advanced Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes and detailed mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Axure RP, with a clear rationale for the chosen tool based on the project's needs (e.g. dynamic immersion vs. agility).
  • Functional Requirements Definition: Collaborate with Product Owners/BAs to translate business needs and technical requirements into functional design solutions, considering personas and their usage environments (e.g. field operators, office managers).
  • Design System Management: Establish, maintain, and evolve style guides, UI component libraries, and branding standards to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
  • Validation and Feedback: Present sketches and designs to stakeholders, facilitating constructive feedback sessions and turning criticisms into opportunities for iteration and improvement.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and QA/QC teams to ensure technical feasibility and the delivery of high-quality designs.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A completed degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • A robust portfolio demonstrating experience in creating user interfaces and complex user experiences, including examples of prototypes, mockups, and design processes.
  • Proficiency in Design Tools: A strong command of prototyping and design tools such as Figma and/or Adobe XD. Experience with Axure RP for high-fidelity prototyping is a major plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodology.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
  • Experience with User-Centered Design: A proven ability to create and apply personas, user flows, and customer journeys to inform design decisions.
  • Communication and Feedback Skills: The ability to present and defend design solutions, manage feedback (even negative feedback), and build consensus with stakeholders.
  • Exposure, knowledge, or previous experience in Product Management.
  • Knowledge or experience in building custom corporate digital products (Enterprise Level).

It would be a plus if you have:

  • Experience with Design Systems.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or integration with APIs.
  • Experience with project/product management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello).
