Position Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers to create website layouts and user interfaces using standard HTML/CSS/JavaScript best practices.
• Develop responsive web designs that are optimized for desktop, mobile, and tablet devices and various web browsers.
• Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies and analyze web-related analytics in collaboration with the content team.
• Optimize landing pages for digital marketing purposes.
• Create and maintain documentation for website development processes.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain websites to ensure optimal security and functionality.
• Efficiently resolve any issues that arise during the development process.
• Support the marketing team with integrated communication and marketing activities.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly targets set by the supervisor.
• Receive training and direction from management.
• Adhere to company policies and values.
• Maintain a professional and collaborative working relationship with clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Highly self-motivated and disciplined with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledgeable in responsive design and browser testing tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to continuously learn and improve.
• Process-oriented.

Desirable Skills:

• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, HubSpot, Drupal, and/or Webflow. Open to learning other CMS and page builders as needed.
• Ability to administer and manage websites using hosting providers such as WPEngine, GoDaddy, Bluehost, or DreamHost.
• Experience with PHP and WordPress webhooks.
• Knowledge of relational databases (SQL/MySQL).
• Understanding of user experience/user interface principles.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (i.e., HubSpot, Pardot, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (i.e., WooCommerce/Shopify).
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Familiarity with project management software.
• Knowledge of CDN integrations (Cloudflare).
• Experience with version control (GitHub).
• Understanding of website optimization (speed, accessibility, security, etc.).
