Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Manage a team of account managers to ensure effective client management and retention
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for new business and account expansion
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and contracts
  • Act as a liaison between clients and project teams, providing support and feedback
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including C-level contacts
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify areas for market growth and establish a leadership position
  • Contribute to sales team recruitment and provide feedback to team members
  • Work with the sales team to close deals and meet revenue targets
