Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end recruiting for technically demanding engineering roles
• Source, screen, and close top talent in the crypto and fintech industries
• Mentor other recruiters on pipeline strategy and closing tactics
• Collaborate with engineering managers and technical leads to refine interview processes and make competitive offers
• Maintain communication with leadership on progress and present creative solutions for challenges

Requirements:

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on crypto, fintech, or adjacent infrastructure industries
• Proven track record of hiring for deeply technical roles, such as blockchain, distributed systems, security, etc.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close competitive candidates
• Experience mentoring other recruiters on pipeline strategy and closing tactics
• Experience in a fast-paced environment where results are measured by successful placements or hires
