Key Responsibilities:

• Own and optimize the web-based onboarding funnel, from post-click to payment screen.
• Lead the creation of compelling and personalized experiences that motivate users to take action.
• Develop and validate hypotheses grounded in funnel analytics and user behavior.
• Design and execute no-code experiments across different user segments.
• Personalize user journeys based on segmentation insights and behavioral data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent user experience.

Job Specifications:

• 5+ years of experience in growth, product marketing, or conversion-focused roles.
• Proven success in improving onboarding and conversion rates.
• Strong understanding of user psychology and motivation.
• Experience with no-code A/B testing tools and a data-driven approach.
• Creative mindset paired with analytical rigor.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience leading and developing teams is a plus.
