Wing Assistant: Product Manager, AI

Salary: CNY$25,000 - CNY$60,000 per month

As a Product Manager, you will work directly with our CPO to develop innovative AI products from 0→1 and make a significant impact in our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage product roadmaps and user stories, prioritizing features for seamless experiences and market validation
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and PMs to prototype, test, and deploy new capabilities quickly
• Record screencasts and product videos to showcase functionality and drive adoption
• Develop product marketing materials such as messaging, demos, and materials to communicate product value
• Collect user feedback, conduct market research, and analyze metrics to refine backlogs and increase retention
• Create onboarding guides, training resources, and playbooks for product usage, operations, and recruitment
• Shadow customer interactions, synthesize insights, and align with C-level on priorities and dashboards

Job Specifications

• Previous experience in product or operations, preferably in a startup or consulting environment
• Familiarity with 0→1 product launches
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data patterns into product decisions and playbooks
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and able to prototype like a founder while coordinating cross-functionally
• Hands-on experience with video tools, design (Canva), SQL analytics, and productivity stacks (Asana, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot)
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder syncs, executive updates, and client-facing content
