Orium: Manager, Product Management

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 CAD annualized base salary | Location: Canada (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to the Product Management team.
• Ensure delivery excellence and cross-functional collaboration with other teams.
• Step into key client engagements as needed, serving as a senior product partner.
• Support sales and pre-sales activities as a Product Management subject matter expert.
• Carry a billability target of approximately 60–70%, primarily through direct contribution to client engagements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experienced Product Manager or Senior Product Manager with people management experience.
• Strong delivery leadership in consulting, agency, or client-facing environments.
• Comfortable balancing people leadership with hands-on product and delivery work.
• Confident working in fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience with digital product delivery and commerce platforms is an asset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an openness to integrating AI-powered solutions.
