Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand the needs and preferences of B2B clients
• Utilize product data to inform decisions, measure performance, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with the Product Manager and Lead Product Designer to define and solve design problems
• Design seamless and user-friendly experiences for their web and mobile platforms, including responsive web and native iOS and Android apps
• Ensure accessibility and maintain consistency with the product's design system
• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the design system, documenting and justifying design decisions
• Prototype and collaborate closely with the Tech and Product teams throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in product design for B2B SaaS products
• Strong expertise in the UX/UI design process, from research to delivery
• Pragmatic approach to designing solutions that consider real-world constraints and prioritize impact over theoretical perfection
• Comfortable with complex business interfaces and able to interpret and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions
• Proficiency in Figma, including design systems, components, and collaboration
• Autonomous, results-driven, and comfortable with research and data-driven approaches
• Experience with responsive web and native mobile design
