Role

As a Customer Support representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction and quality of the Italian customer experience. Working closely with the consulting, technical, accounting, and sales teams, you will provide direct support to clients and prospects through phone and ticketing systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing customer requests
  • Providing solutions and guidance
  • Documenting and sharing feedback with the development team
  • Continuously improving the customer journey

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is fluent in Italian and either English or French
