Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer support inquiries via live chat and email
  • Address player inquiries, requests, and complaints
  • Identify complex or sensitive cases and escalate them to relevant departments
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and communication guidelines
  • Maintain a high level of communication and meet individual KPIs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in customer support within the iGaming industry (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in written English at B2 level or higher
  • Willingness to work shift schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to follow internal procedures
