Role

As a Simplified Chinese Marketing and Product Remote Linguist, you will be responsible for translating and reviewing a variety of content from English into Chinese (Simplified). Your main duties will include accurately conveying the original meaning in a way that is easily understood by the target audience. The content types will primarily include marketing, product, and support materials.

Responsibilities

• Translate and review content from English into Chinese (Simplified)
• Ensure accurate conveyance of original meaning
• Adapt content for target audience

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in translating and reviewing content in the specified subject matter
• Well-versed in various translation and terminology tools
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Native fluency in Chinese (Simplified)
• Degree in linguistics, translation, or equivalent experience
• Able to follow instructions and effectively communicate translation rationale
• Experience working in a multi-vendor scenario (a plus)
