Key Responsibilities

• Design and own the operational cadences for the Product, Design, and Engineering (PDE) teams
• Develop tools, workflows, and processes to enable fast and effective decision-making
• Implement automation and self-serve data to provide visibility into PDE execution and product performance
• Identify and address coordination breakdowns or unclear decision-making processes
• Collaborate with other operations leads to improve coordination and execution company-wide

Job Specifications

• Experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Management Consulting, or Strategy & Operations in a B2B environment
• Knowledge of effective operating cadences and continuous improvement practices
• Ability to analyze data, form hypotheses, and translate insights for different audiences
• Track record of driving alignment and executing complex projects with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience managing programs and projects from start to finish in a fast-paced environment
• Results-oriented with strong prioritization skills
