Key Responsibilities:

• Familiarize yourself with the codebase within the first month and contribute to bug fixes and larger changes for the 40 million monthly users.
• Implement user-facing features end-to-end and conduct experiments to improve core metrics within the first three months.
• Take ownership of adding features to the play together functionality, allowing users to play with their friends within six months.
• Fully understand the high-level architecture of the codebase within the first year to work with the Team Lead to specify and coordinate large new user-facing features that span multiple code projects.

• Previous experience successfully managing a website or web product.
• Strong software engineering skills and knowledge of technical concepts in the context of the web.
• Ability to think in terms of users, prioritize features, and translate them into technical requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to see the big picture.
• Combines software development knowledge with a business sense, interest in UX, management skills, and strong analytical skills.
