  • Help with research tasks and small operational details, such as tracking costs or coordinating with Finance and Marketing.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent English proficiency (written & spoken) with the ability to communicate professionally with a global audience.
  • A customer-first mindset with a natural inclination to be helpful, patient, and supportive.
  • Sharp attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Comfort with remote productivity tools such as Google Workspace and Slack.
  • Technology curiosity and a desire to learn new software.
  • A recent degree or 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer-facing role.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to help.

  • Work from home - always: We offer a fully remote and global team, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
  • Travel opportunities: C4Media offers an opportunity to travel 3-4 times a year at our expense to conferences and team building events in locations such as NYC, SF, and London.
  • Support for well-being: We offer an annual subsidy towards fitness and wellness to make physical activity more accessible.
  • Professional growth: C4Mediaโ€™s culture is one of learning and mastering, with everyone having a training and education budget for professional development.
