Responsibilities:

  • Develop go-to-market strategies and lead launch execution, ensuring product positioning and messaging resonates with target personas.
  • Define and maintain ideal customer profiles, user personas, and buyer personas using customer data and market research.
  • Own end-to-end execution of critical cross-functional launches, including planning, timelines, dependencies, risk management, readiness, and post-launch optimization.
  • Collaborate with Product, Growth, Creative, and Customer Success teams to align stakeholders, drive launch readiness, and resolve any execution roadblocks.
  • Measure launch success, track performance, gather insights, and make necessary improvements.
  • Act as an internal advocate for the product and end users, serving as an expert for assigned product areas.
  • Manage and mentor one Associate PMM while also leading your own strategic launches.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience (SaaS or tech preferred).
  • Proven ability to build and execute go-to-market plans, including complex cross-functional launches.
  • Strong positioning and messaging skills with excellent writing and editorial judgment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience leading meetings and providing updates to stakeholders.
  • Data-driven with the ability to define success metrics, analyze performance, and make necessary improvements.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and lifecycle channels and tools is preferred.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder leadership skills, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
