Role Overview

As a Junior Mobile Apps Product Manager at Greentomatomedia, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional entertainment to a global audience. You will work closely with the team to reactivate the growth of popular games for friends or couples, delivering app updates and driving user engagement and conversion. With a focus on product, UX/UI design, and development, this role is ideal for someone starting their career in the industry and looking to share and grow their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and prioritize roadmap items with guidance and review from senior PMs/leads.
  • Break down approved roadmap items into structured tasks and delivery steps.
  • Execute prioritized items from brief to release within predictable timelines.
  • Support feature/content ideation with proposals, improvements, and variants.
  • Design A/B tests and gather/organize test results.
  • Perform basic performance analysis to identify insights and irregularities.
  • Provide structured feedback on UX flows, gameplay logic, and usability.
  • Coordinate with QA and engineering to ship stable and timely updates.
  • Track progress, escalate blockers early, and maintain clean documentation.
  • Keep KPI dashboards updated and communicate observations weekly.
  • Maintain a well-organized and aligned backlog with defined priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Category Lead and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

Job Specifications:

  • Master's Degree or equivalent, or on track to graduate this year.
  • Minimum of 6-12 months of experience in a digital and product field.
  • Bonus points for experience in UI/UX design.
  • Highly analytical with strong reasoning skills.
  • Efficient in teamwork.
  • Experience working remotely (if remote).
  • Passionate about marketing.
  • Tech-savvy.
  • Proficient in English.
