Role

As a Freelance Product Data Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of product information on the Farfetch platform. With a focus on online research, you will identify identical items across multiple sources, maintain and add accurate information to the system, and spot inconsistencies and discrepancies in product details. Your attention to detail and ability to learn new tools will be essential in this dynamic and fast-paced role.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, create, and edit product information according to guidelines
• Identify similar products across different sources
• Verify and validate product information for accuracy and completeness
• Compare product details to determine if items are the same or different
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, documenting and communicating findings
• Use internal platform to monitor data quality
• Analyze product defects and recommend solutions

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in e-commerce, sales, or related field
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multitask without compromising quality
• Quick learner and adaptable to new tools
• Advanced IT and English skills
