Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop asynchronous e-learning courses for software product use
• Create structured learning paths with recorded content, knowledge checks, and scenario-based modules
• Maintain and update content as products evolve, incorporating feedback from CX teams and customers
• Ensure accessibility and inclusive design best practices are applied to all learning materials
• Deliver internal and external training in virtual and onsite formats

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, technical training, or learning experience design
• Strong ability to translate complex software workflows into clear and engaging instruction
• Experience developing and managing content in an LMS
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks
• Experience with EHR systems or healthcare software is a plus
